With today's weather I thought we all needed a little driving humour.  Its sad that all of this is so true.  We have an agent in Toronto who posted that due to the weather they would be working on a reduced schedule....wimps!  I hope you all made/make it home safe and sound today.

Thankful that the sun is shining today
Thankful to the makers of saunas and that my gym has one so that I can warm up after a cold ride to work this morning.  (If my sauna had these chairs I'd never leave.)

What do you think of this beautiful dress?  I bought this to wear to the wedding reception.  Your daughter only gets married once right!  A definite reason to put on a party dress.  Also a reason to hit the gym and work on those shoulders.

Burpees.You all know them.You all hate them. Awesome Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

I tried out a new chili recipe and its so delicious I just had to share.  Such an easy peasy crock pot recipe.
Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
Ingredients
•1.5 pounds 99% Lean Ground Turkey •1 teaspoon Oil
•1 medium Onion, minced
•1 medium red Bell Pepper, diced fine
•1 Garlic clove, minced
•1 can red kidney beans
•10 oz can Aylmer Original Stewed Tomatoes
•8 oz small can plain Tomato Sauce
•1/4 cup low sodium Chicken Broth
•1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
•1/2 teaspoon Paprika
•1/2 teaspoon Salt

Optional Garnishes
•Diced Avocado •2% Greek Yogurt
•Shredded Cheese
•Baked Tortilla Chips

Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the turkey, season with salt and cook, breaking up with a spoon until turkey browns and is no longer pink; place into the slow cooker.
Add the oil to the skillet and sauté the onion, garlic and bell pepper over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes. Spoon over turkey into the slow cooker and stir in kidney bean and tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika and salt, mix until w…
